Plus what I like is that the fitness tracker does exactly what it is supposed to, track important stuff. Why this is important, caz heart rate data during sleep is a requirement for many health analytics use cases.įitbit charge series on the other hand, stays on you and you won't even notice. That's the issue with most smartwatch form factors, you can't wear them 24x7. I had an Apple watch and a charge 2 earlier, apple watch looked good and did awesome in terms of notifications, etc., But you can't wear it while sleeping. My personal recommendation would be to get something from the Fitbit Charge series (4 or 5).
